Join Florida Crystals Corporation’s VP of IT Global Strategy for an in-depth look at the sugar refiner's digital transformation journey. In this session, they will share the decision-making process behind adopting RISE with SAP, including how it marked a shift from FCC’s previous SAP strategies. You’ll also learn why FCC moved beyond their Cloud native strategy, and how Lemongrass played a critical role in simplifying the transition and building a robust operational plan. The session will highlight the benefits of RISE, with a focus on leveraging Business AI and other innovative tools to drive business value, efficiency, and long-term growth.
Additionally, attendees will gain insights into how FCC is integrating critical business applications with the RISE platform and ensuring operational continuity across the organization. Finally, you’ll hear key lessons learned from the initial stages of the project, along with a sneak peek into what’s next as FCC continues to innovate.

The Customer Data Center Edition of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition (PCE), is a specialized deployment option that allows businesses to run their SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution on dedicated hardware within their own data centers or colocation facilities. This offering is designed to address specific business needs, such as data sovereignty, low-latency performance, and compliance with strict regulatory requirements.
The RISE CDC environment is fully BUILT and managed by SAP and its technology partners (at this time, they are Dell Technologies, HPE, and Lenovo) to deliver Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) capabilities.
This RISE implementation is treated no differently than a RISE implementation on a hyperscaler, just that all data remains within the customer’s data center, addressing concerns related to data residency and sovereignty.
